Not enough Fan Only connectors to go around
Hello,
With my new Antec TruePower Trio 650W PSU, it has 2 Fan Only Connectors - these supposedly (and in my testing actually *do*) regulate the case fans you connect to them to be as quiet as possible. I have four case fans - one connector is hooked to one fan, and two of the other fans seem to have a single connector for them both, so they're hooked up as well. The problem is that the remaining fan is so much noisier than the rest of my case components that it almost negates its otherwise quiet operation. Has anyone else had this experience? How is it solved? I was just thinking I could buy an adapter to go from one 4-pin connector (the Fan Only connector) to two 4-pin connectors. Is this viable? Thanks for the help!

Re: Not enough Fan Only connectors to go around
That is what I would recommend if it were mine. It should solve your problem.
I approach that a slightly another way with one computer I own. I run two of my fans (have the Antec three speed fans) on the slowest speed (not much noise, but do a nice job of cooling), and then run the other two from the power supply to come up and down as needs are demanded. Either solution should work for you so try the splitter and see if that helps.
