Confuse with RAM system bus

Hello,
I've got some problem with RAM and here it is.

I bought a 512mb DDR (Kingston KVR400X64C3A/512) to replace two 128mb DDR (KINGSTON KVR266X64C25/128).

In the P4V845 Series motherboard booklet - under the System Memory it stated that:

*A total of two 184 - pin DDR SDRAM sockets.
* Support up to 2GB DRAMs (512x8/x16 DRAM Technology) for register and unbuffered DDR SDRAM module.
*Suppor DDR SDRAM memory types.
*2.5v DRAM interface for DDR SDRAM.

What makes me confused is the information on the motherboard box:
PC133 OR DDR266 SDRAM*/ 400MHz OR 533MHz SYSTEM BUS

From my understanding, it's clear that the motherboard only support 2.5volt DDR. In short, If I want to buy 512MB of DDR , I have to choose only 266MHz and not 400MHz rite?

Question 2
I love to play Online 3D games (Risk Your Life) and I know AC 230AV POWER SUPPLY UNIT is not enough. Can you suggest a good PSU Watt?

Re: Confuse with RAM system bus

If the motherboard only support 2.5 v that are 266MHz and 333MHz DDR, then It is compatible to use 400MHz and 533MHz with 3.0 volt?

I just want to make sure, which is the right DDR system bus for the motherboard.

System bus is the FSB figure used by the processor and supported by the MB, i.e. 400MHz or 533MHz.
Memory bus is the DDR figure you're after, i.e. DDR266.

That's what your system supports. DDR266 SDRAM at 2.5V.

Re: Confuse with RAM system bus

Ok thanks a lot.
I should read the manual first before buying new RAM.
I'll post another problem later.
