Wintec memory?
Hey, I'm looking to upgrade the memory on my Dell Dimension E521 desktop. Does anyone know if this is definitely compatible:
link Also, I never heard of Wintec before. Does anyone know if this is a trusted name and quality product? This seems like such a good price...but still a little hesitant.... Thanks. |

Re: Wintec memory?
Hi, and welcome to TSF!
![]() I have never used that brand, so I can't say if it is good quality, but it seemed to have gotten good reviews. I would personally go for this memory though. It has been tested as compatible on that system, and it is excellent quality. For the extra $5, I would go for it. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820134384

Re: Wintec memory?
Wintec is good memory. The AMPO is good budget stuff. I think the gaming AMPX is great stuff. I have no problems recommending it.

Re: Wintec memory?
Generally I am hesitant to try new things. That's why I went for the Kingston. If PanamaGal has had good luck with it though, then I would be confident that it is good.
