Question quick question about which RAm to get

jus looking on ebay at two different types of RAM and wondering which of these would be best for an aOpen AX4B/AX4B Pro motherboard. and would they work with my motherboard? i already have a 256mb RAM and need some more!!. feel free to browse ebay and suggest some other products. i neeed a 1gb. around $AU 100. thanks in advance,

cant i just buy a 1gig stick that will be compatible with my motherboard? or does it have to be the same brand as my current one?
