[resolved] high or low density ram?
Could you advise about this memory as to whether (or which) is Low or High density.
Vdata:DDR400(2.5)512MX8. Eight chips on one side only. Chips are inscribed Vdata 20648 and VDD9608ABA-5BG. and Samsung:PC200U-25330-A0m36L3223CTLCBOQO. DDR PC2 100 CL2.5 256MB. Eight chips one side only, inscribed Samsung 232 K4H560838C-TCB0. VXF845BB Korea. and Crucial:512MB DDR. 266Mhz CL2.5. Eight chips each side. Inscribed 0242 2.2 MT 46V32M8 TG -OB XG JB Thanks |

Yes the size is 256MB.
I have three sticks of the 512MB plus the others, which I intend to offer for sale. At least now I can say, all are Low density. Thanks for your time and effort, appreciated. |
