New Computer Lots of Trouble! HELP!!
Hi, I have only had my HP Pavilion 061 for a few months. I get error messages all the time in pop up windows. They are different, xxxmust close because.....send error report....xxxxmemory could not be written etc. and etc. I can hardly open anything without these things coming up. It happend when I first boot and when I open programs. I downloaded RegCure hoping that would help but it hasn't. I have an Intel processor, 1,024.00mb of physical memory, 387.63 mb of available memory, 2.00 gb of virtual memory and 1.96 gb of available virtual memory. I told the saleman that I run several programs at the same time and don't want something that can't handle that. I am not too savy with computer stuff, but do understand some...so can you give it to me straight with what I need to do to fix this? Thanks LadyColorado |

Re: New Computer Lots of Trouble! HELP!!
I am pretty sure your still under warranty so get your manual out and call HP.
I suspect a problem with the memory, we could run tests but that would involve opening the case and removing and reinstalling some parts. It would be best to contact HP first then post back if its not under warranty |
