Crucial is trying to sell you something your system can't handle. Your FSB will be a bottleneck for the RAM, and getting DDR2 800 will be a waste. DDR2 400 with CL2 or DDR2 533 with CL4 will be appropriate for your computer. Check out this RAM:

Verified as compatible on corsair's web site. Will be no slower than that other RAM from Crucial.
