Memtest help

Hello and welcome to my first post!
I am having a heck of a time trying to figure out how to use memtest. I am trying to download the iso version to put on a cd.
Where do I download the file to?
Its a zip file, do I have to do something with winzip before I can use nero to burn it on a cd?
How do I burn it on a cd with nero?

Sorry to sound so newbish, but I have tried everything and nothing is working for me. Its the first time I have ever worked with a program like this or a zip file. Thanks for any feedback.

down load it to where you can find it
then just burn it as an iso as is with nero
then boot the computer from the cd
run it on only 1 stick of ram at a time

If you need a utility to burn the ISO, here is a free ISO burner.
http://isorecorder.alexfeinman.com/isorecorder.htm
You right click on the ISO in Windows Explorer, and select Burn. The CD will automatically be bootable.

When you boot from the CD, remember to set the CD-ROM drive as first in the boot order in the BIOS.
