what kind motherboaed will be compatible with high density ram.my ram is
1GB (Size)
PC3200 - 400mhz (Speed) high density
CL 3 (Cas Latency)
128x64 -Built with 128Mx4Bit Dram
Un-buffered
Non-Registered

Non ECC

That sounds like a Corsair.

Anyway, with densities, you can never know. Its a hit and miss at best. Most thorough and accurate way is to first have a list of what motherboard features you're after, then decide on a deal, and next check its compatibility testing/recommendations and manual for what RAM it allows and not.
