OCZ is a very good ram manufacture and zipzoomfly is a very good retailer.

The price after rebate is also good

Ok, I'll prolly pick that up then cause so far it is the cheapest 2GB RAM I have seen. This zipzoomfly place is starting to be better than newegg in my opinion. Everything I look at has free shipping and $30 rebates!!!

I ordered my laptop from ZipZoomFly... it took them nearly two months to get it to me. Absolutely ridiculous. So long, in fact, that newegg put it on sale about a week after I ordered for less than ZZF, but zzf wouldn't let me cancel the order even though it was obvious that they didn't actually have my item.

I won't be a return customer for them.

After the rebate, that would be a pretty good price. That type of RAM with a latency of 4 would probably be much more expensive.

I regularly buy from ZipZoomFly and they have been great and responsive to everthing that I have purchased from them over the past few years. In addition, they are many times more reasonably priced than NewEgg where I also purchase a lot of my goods.

However, during the last two purchases from them, I have noticed a slowness to respond to either inquiries about some items and a slowness to ship in a timely manner. Therefore, if it is something that is a quick "must have" item, then make sure they have it in stock and ready to ship when you order the goods.

I think that personally I will re-evaluate my future purchases from them after the last two orders and the delays I experienced. Fox's experience also sends some bad signals that will weigh into my decision about future purchases.

the main thing that they have going for them from my point of view is everything is free shipping and no tax!

These are good points and I don't want to diminish the good service they gave me up until the last two purchases. I might just have gotten two things in a row that were not quite in their normal groove, so it might be worth it to give them a try.

Please, if you do purchase it and the service is good, let us know what kind of service they gave you. Hope it works out for you.

i ordered from zzf about a month ago. great service, good shipping time. would still order from them. if you want guaranteed results, newegg is the way
