Strange ram problems

Ok now i have a problem that i cant seem to figure out. I have 4 sticks of ram in my pc. All of them are the VS512MB400 so its not a compability problem. I keep getting Blue screens followed by a reboot. Each time is a diffrent message, Page _fault_in_a_non_paged_area was the most alarming.

So i dowloaded Memtest and ran each of my sicks through all 9 tests until i got to 100% on each and had no errors. I put all my sticks back in and got errors on test 4. I then tested each dual channel slots 1 at a time and they both passed.

So according to my tests all 4 of my Dimms are fine and all my ram slots are also fine but for some reason i cannot run all my ram at a time or i get read errors.

Here are my specs
Athlon 64 3200
Asus A8V motherboard
4xVS512MB440 ram
BFGTECH Geforce 7800GS AGP
Sound blaster Audigy 2 ZS
2xhard drives (40g Western Digital and 200gig Western Digital)
2x DvD drives
Generic 450W PS(came with the case)

My System

Upgrade your power supply. I'd recommend no less than 550W from a quality vendor such as enermax, fsp, sparkle, antec, seasonic
