Trouble printing in Pro Publisher

My printer is a HP Deskjet 3600. It's installed and will print regular documents just fine (I just printed some text earlier today), but it won't print album labels I create in Pro Publisher Professional when I put the fancy label paper in. It just doesn't print when I click "Print." Nothing happens.

What am I doing wrong?

The name of the program is Pro Publisher Professional ?
