Printer won't print
My Deskjet 695C won't print at all. The last time I printed was a couple weeks ago. When ever I turn my printer on I get a message saying it has detected new hardware. I can click Cancel after that popup and the printer will work fine since I installed it by going to Add printer. I tried uninstalling the printer and then re installing it but it still doesn't work. There is still ink. When I try to print a paper is taken into the printing area then the yellow light starts flashing. That light is next to that button that you press to get a piece of paper out. Then I go to Printer properties and it just says error. I tried using command prompt to print but it still doesn't work. What can I do?
