Ricoh 5510nf Questions...
Ok so our office is getting this all in one printer, fax, copier.....and we want to automate a process.
What they do now....is they receive a fax....they scan it....then they add it to into our physician software. What we want to do is cut out the scanning part. Is there any software available or anything which when the fax comes in...it will be scanned automatically into a location that the person will not have to actually go an rescan the document after it is received. So we're trying to cut out the middle process i guess...the scanning part, because that takes up the most time for people in the department. Any suggestions???
