Dell A960
Hi, I hope someone can help me. I have a Dell A960 I can't get it to receive faxes at all. I called Dell a while ago and the support person told me to press 3355# on the fax keypad instead of the # button which is stated in the users manual to manually receive faxes. This no longer works unfortunately, nor does the auto receive fax option (which never worked), sometimes when I press the 3355# buttons the machine clicks and the screen message says it's receiving but eventually it just stops and then "remote fax error" message is displayed.
Ideas on how I could fix this would be greatly appreciated. Sadly I am past my warranty period so I can't return it. Last edited by Etta-1; 04-26-2006 at 06:37 AM. |
