Color Laser printer troubleshooting & repair resources

Someone please post links to resources for troubleshooting dead laser (especially color laser printers.) I have a Konica Minolta 2400W (only a few months old) which seems to have given up the ghost with only the yellow alert light blinking.

So I went and bought an HP Color Laserjet, which I should have done in the first place. The Konica was $100 cheaper at the register, but not in the long run.

Smile Good call

Thanks for the link and the advice. Visited the link, then called them. The printer was still under warranty. This company has an exchange warranty program, and rather than have me ship the printer out for repair, they are sending a new one to us (I have to send the old one back).
I am pleased with this situation. I had written the printer off until I posted here and received your reply. Thanks!

Wow. Konica Minolta support has certainly impressed me. Called them Wednesday for warranty exchange on the printer; the new printer arrived on my doorstep via UPS on Thursday. These people did not mess around!

I have yet had a chance to open up the box and ensure the contents but will do so today and report back.
