Sometimes one can just uninstall the printer then reinstall it and the problem will go away.

You can always go to Google and search or to the Lexmark site.

Did you add a new cartridge lately? Was it a Lexmark cartridge?

My dad and I was installing this new HP officejet computer at home. We kept taking the cartriage in and out because of it said please insert the cartriage too. After awhile we found out we never removed the plastic thing that was on the cartridge. I really think I was brain dead at the time.
