hp laserjet 3300 won't scan
I loaded the software. Scan to button says, "not setup on pc". Start scan button says, " waiting for pc". Scan monitor window accessed from hp director goes nowhere with hour glass and then freezes

welcome
check your device manager for any yellow alerts control panel>system>hardware>device manager in the view tab, check show hidden devices if there are any conflicts.. uninstall it... and reinstall the software, then install the hardware |
