Dell 5100cn paper jam
Please can someone help. Have a Dell 5100cn laser. It paper jams from the main tray. Out of about 30 attempts, only 4 printed. Prints ok from the Manual Doc Feeder. Thanks

On our Dells, the roller that picks up the paper is rubber. You may be able to slide it off and reverse it. Otherwise you can call Dell.
