HP deskjet 845c

I had a jam in the printer, cleared it, printed a few pages without any problems and then it just stopped printing. The Resume/refill paper light is blinking and it doesn't appear to acknowledge there is paper in the tray. When it is turned on/off the cartridges seems to move fine but there is no movement in the rollers. Any ideas?

My System

Have you tried Just unplugging? wait a minute or so and plug it back in. Sometimes that is the only way to reset them.

Here are the light codes for your printer.

There are several things it could be. Read the list and try what they suggest. Post back for more help or to tell us what fixed it.

Tried solutions on the HP site/link, unfortunately no joy. When you send something to print no error codes come up it seems to think it's all gone smoothly

Hold in the paper feed button for about 5-10 seconds. See if it prints a test page.

One of the light codes said it might be the cover switch. Make sure it is not sticking.
