Hp f380
I've had an HP F380 all-in-one for quite a while now. It's always had the annoying habit of losing the toolbox function which provides ink level readings amonst other things.. I like that feature so I've always corrected the problem by re-installing the software.
This time it's been torture. I thought I had all the old software removed, yet when I try to re-install it keeps telling me I can't because an un-install is still in progress. I've uninstalled the printer, rebooted, unplugged the printer, and no combo seems to matter. Despite all this the printer is in ready mode. I'll give up soon, just thought I'd bounce it off you guys. I'm far from an expert but it would seem HP has software issue for this machine or why would I lose functions in the first place. Thanks. |
