Dell AIO 962

Okay this problem just started today. My printer cartridges are fairly new and I have used them to print with no problems recently. Today I can't get my printer to print and I get "right cartridge incorrect" message. The right cartridge is the colour cartridge. I have taken it out and put it back in I have done this a couple of times with both cartridges and I have powered it off (even as far as disconnecting the power cord), but the problem persists. Can anyone help? This is sort of urgent as I have an assignment due, thanks.

Re: Dell AIO 962

You could try a different cartridge.

I've got the exact same problem and I have tried three different color cartridges and always the same problem.
