Roll Eyes HP psc 2110 - Scanner Failure and Warming Up.....

I have an HP psc 2110 and it will not copy for me. I put in new cartridge and, of course, it needed to re-align. When I put the paper in the scanner so it could re-align - I get the message - "Scanner Failure. Turn unit off then on again." I did this, but I keep getting the same message. Before I changed the cartridges and tried to make a copy I kept getting the message "Warming up.....) But it did not get past that. Please, What to do?????????????????

Re: HP psc 2110

Please unplug the power cord at the back of the printer. While the power cord is unplugged, press and hold the # and 6 for 10 secs while plugging back the power cord at the back of the printer. Follow the instructions on the screen toset the language and country of your printer.

Re: HP psc 2110

Is this printer directly connected to a power wall outlet? This problem is usually caused by low power on the printer or otherwise, the machine is really defective.
