Regionalization of HP F4280 Printer

Can any one plz tell me that how to do Regionalization of HP F4280 Printer(Deskjet All in One).
I purchased this in US but it is not working in India.

You need to call the Technical support for india. They have the tools to convert it and make the printer recognize cartridges from india. There is no was we can fix it here since tools are not given on any link and it's private.

The only tools that I have here are converting any hp printer purchased from other country to australia or new zealand but we can try this one. Press and hold the cancel button and power button, if a special key combo is required, press blue + green + gray. Press them one at a time. Press the gray button and look for the menu Reports menu and press OK. Press again the gray button and look for Mech-test and press OK. Press the gray button again until the value under Mech-test is "10" then press OK. It should print a test page (using your old carts). Let me know if the test page is printed so I can get the codes to convert it.
