Communication Error:210004B0 (EPSON C59)

can anyone help me out there?
i cant reset my epson c59, im using a resetter but evertym i will click initialization the error occurs.. i tried everything from the start but i got out of nowhere..

Power cycle the printer and/or try disconnecting and reconnecting the data cable.
