HP Office Jet 6310
I have an HP Office Jet 6310 and when I was recently trying to scan a document, the image I get in the HP Photosmart Studio is only part of the image. Additionally, if I change the position of the document on the scanner tray, the image is again not the whole document and different from the first scan attempt. Any suggestions on what I may be doing wrong?

Please do a photocopy and see if there is any difference. If you experience the same problem, it should have a problem with the printer machine and not with the scanning software. Please let me know ASAP.
