lexmark cannot communicate and blinks

Hi there,
I have a problem with my lexmark x1130. The computer can't communicate with it, the power light is blinking and the buttons doesn't work. I tried to reboot the pc, change the cables and clean the cartridges: I also tried to reintall the printer software, but I can't install it back now becose the computer can't connect with the printer

I have no idea of what to do next.
Could someone help me please?

If the power light is blinking and the buttons aren't working on the printer, it sounds like the printer is failing. Try unplugging the printer for several minutes. If it still does the same thing when you power it back up, it likely needs to be serviced if it's under warranty or replaced.
