Brother DCP 150c problem

when i print and using the black ink it won't print even though i replace a new one, but the color ink is printing only the black ink will not print. What could be the problem? Please help. Thanks

Please check your if you have cyan color because I believe if you are low on that it will also affect your black prints.

Have you tried doing cleanings?
