Kyocera FS-4020
Hi,
Have above printer running on a workgroup network connected to 1 pc via usb, works ok on host machine but for some reason it won't share with other pc's. It appears when adding printer but test page print "hangs" the client, if I print a test page from the host it clears the client problem but doesn't print the test page, only prints host test page. Also noticed if I go to properties on the client it says drivers are not installed even though they have been installed. Test print does send a file to the spooler but for some reason it doen't print, it's as if the print file from the client isn't closing correctly. Anyone seen this before? Thanks Mick |

Re: Kyocera FS-4020
Uninstall the printer and software from the host computer. Reboot and reinstall the software/drivers using the manufacturer procedure. Reboot and setup printer sharing.
