I'm looking to make the Kyocera Mita KM5035 KX; scan to a network folder. Currently when someone wants to scan something they have to put there ID number into the MFD and then scan and sends to there email. As some of there documents will over a size for there mailbox to handle. so i think if we can send it to a network drive would be move acceptable.
What is the best way of setting this up? We currently have 4 different MFDs, but we are doing a trail run with this one. Any information would be of great help. Cheers! :D |

Re: Kyocera Mita KM5035 KX Scan to Network Drive
You need to download the ScanFile utility and install it on the host PC. It should be on the scanner utility CD that came with the unit.
Then browse to the scanner NIC and go to the Sender List and set up the individual entries. |
