Re: usb network printer help
Hello Lazyboy292....can you pls. provide ipconfig /all of both computers. Click on Start type cmd. In command prompt type ipconfig /all right click your mouse in the center choose Select All and paste it here on your next post. It's impt. that you have a proper config. maybe the node types are off.

Re: usb network printer help
Pls. check all computers in the network if they have the same Workgroup Name. Rt click My Computer then Properties click on Computer Name Tab. Dbl check again as masterjed suggested that Files and Printers sharing are all enabled in all computers in the network. Verify if Netbios is enabled as well.
How to enable Netbios in XP and W2K? http://www2.smcvt.edu/itweb/VPN/netbios.htm How to enable Netbios in Vista? http://ecross.mvps.org/howto/netbt.htm Once you've done all of the above and everything is enabled, then try to ping each other and see if you're able to access shared printer.

Hello,
Did you first install the printer on both computers using the USB cable? Driver and software for both computers.
