Canon MP600 error message
I keep getting an error message telling me the printer does not recognize the ink cartridge. (the one flashing changes and could be black or color and these are all FULL) They are not refillable but the generic Office Max brand compatable with Canon cartridges. I've turned the printer on and off, rebooted my computer, pulled the cartridge in and reset it...............nothing works. Can't print a thing and always get the same error message. HELP

Hi
The contacts on the cartridge could be dirty or damaged.Try cleaning the contacts.If this does not work try another new cartridge and if this works return the first one for a refund. Terry |
