Canon LBP5100
Hi my Canon LBP5100 doesnt print unless i open the canon door. The minute i open it it starts printing but gives the message: processing.... But nothing happens after that. I am not able to access the utility section as it is all greyed out. I have tried uninstalling and installing the printer drivers but its the same. Please let me know asap
