Got a replacement formatter for this unit that was not an N model.
The new formatter has an embedded NIC, but will not activate/configure. Did two NVRAM Init, updated the firmware for an N model, installed driver for N model, but no go. Any ideas? Not in warranty, HP wont give info. I am an HP ASP/APS Platinum Partner, and their "support" is becoming a joke. Help appreciated, MichaelTech |
