Dell 3000cn locked in initializing
I have a customer with a Dell 3000cn that stays in the calibrate mode and that's as far as it will go. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Go here for printer driver and software: (cd ISO image) http://support.dell.com/support/down...PRN_LSR_3000CN Turn printer off and disconnect it from pc Uninstall the printer driver and software through add/remove in control panel clean disc clean temp folders reboot pc Go here download antimalwarebytes: http://download.cnet.com/Malwarebyte...=dl&tag=button Note: Download, install, update it, and run a full scan of pc 1. Plug in power cord and turn on the printer - do not connect the USB cable yet 2. Install driver and software 3. Connect the USB cable when the installation notifies you to 4. reboot pc 5. Install any updates that are needed 6. Reboot pc 7. Your done
