How to print photos from hard drive with HP Photosmart C5180

Hi

I have searched the forum for an answer prior to posting but could find nothing to help me. I am trying to print photos that are stored in my documents using photo paper on my HP Photosmart C5180 printer. What happens is that when I upload the photo it prints to paper and not the photo paper that is stored in a smaller tray. There appears to be no option to choose to print from a specific tray. When I looked on the HP help guide for help with printing, it says I have to select the print photos option on the printer. However, when I do that,it asks me to insert memory card. Is this the only way I can print pictures? Seems crazy if so. Maybe I am just being dumb.

Please help if you can:)

Please change the paper type to a photopaper not A4, since the default paper used by the printer is an A4 size/type paper.
