Hp photosmart c3188 all-in-one
HAY
I am not able to install my printer software & driver when i am trying to install i am getting this message The I/O operation has been aborted because of either a thread exit or an application request. so i need help |

For that kind of problem, it doesn't have anything to do with the printer. I should have a problem with the computer. Please try to insert it to another usb cable and make sure to download the full feature software and driver.: http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/s...os=228&lang=en

Hello and Welcome to TSF,
Proper installation of printer under XP windows: 1. Plug in power cord and turn on printer 2. Install the driver and software for the printer 3. Plug in the USB cable when told to by installation 4. After installation completes, REBOOT PC 5. Your done @masterjed: please stop PM ing me, I do not answer private messages Keep the talk in the thread please, ty.
