Printer keeps going offline
Hi there,
I have tested 2 printers : Oki B2450 (connected via USB) and HP 1320 (connected via LAN) on a HP laptop with Vista Business. They seem to work for a few days then all of a sudden they show up under Printers as "Offline" and dont want to do anything. The only way to fix the issue is to uninstall the printer driver and re install it. After testing different printers and different setups, I have come to the conclusion that the problem lies with the laptop. This is drinving me crazy... Anyone have an idea of why this is happening? |
