System Error when trying to print
I have a HP 6210 Multi Function Printer that has stopped printing from Windows XP. Anything I try printing causes the following message:
System Error The document cannot be printed due to a system error. Try printing again. If unsuccessful, restart Windows and try printing again. I have uninstalled the printer and all HP software, deleted all the usb stuff from device manager, and reinstalled everything, but nothing works. The printer will make copies fine and will print received faxes without any issues, but I cannot print from the computer. I have plugged it into a laptop machine and it works fine with that, so I am certain the problem is somewhere in my desktop machine. Any ideas??? |
