Installing printer
I have win XP and have tried on numerous occasions to install an HP F300 printer.I have the manufacturers disc,but it gets to a certain point and nothing happens.I am a novice comp. user but any help would be greatly received.

Hello and Welcome to TSF,
1. Disconnect the usb cable from the pc to the printer, leave printer on. 2. clean disc 3. clean out temp files 4. Check in add/remove and uninstall the driver and software if its there. 5. reboot pc Go here for driver and software: http://h20180.www2.hp.com/apps/Looku...+F300&x=6&y=10 6. Download the Full driver and software 7. disconnect from online 8. install the printer driver and software 9. connect the usb cable when told to by installation 10. reboot pc
