[SOLVED] Lexmark won't print on new Dell computer

I tried to install my existing Lexmark X7170 on my new Dell computer. It seems to install OK, but the MS works program that came preinstalled won't print anything. I did get the printer to print a test page when I was prompted to print a self alignment page.
Not sure at this point if it is a problem with the printer or if it's the works word processor program. A MS Works9 disc came with the computer, but it doesn't appear to install.
Any ideas?

Never mind. Lexmark support had me download new installation program and solved the problem. The original (1 year old) install CD wasn't working.
