Ricoh CL4000DN perforated color line
My Ricoh color printer is printing fine in color except for the thin, light cyan perforated line which runs the length of the paper over toward the edge of the paper. When I switched to the "thick1" paper option in the print dialogue box, the line went away for a while - now it's back. Printing b&w is fine. I saw another post that was similar but I'm not printer literate and am not sure what it all meant. Any suggestions? Can I just disable the cyan until I get it fixed? Thanks!
