HP 6310 All in One not printing

I have a 6310 HP all in one. It is going through a Linksys router and a FIOS router as well. All of a sudden, it will not print. I checked all the cables and my husbands lap top (connected through the network) prints, but the PC printer will not work. When I try to even check the ink levels, it says there is no two way communication with the printer.

I do not have the original CD's anymore. Help?

Hello and Welcome to TSF,

Printer driver:

1. turn off printer
2. Unplug the usb cable from printer to pc
3. uninstall the driver and software from add/remove in control panel
4. reboot pc
5. turn printer on
6. install driver and software
7. plug in the usb cable when asked to by the installation
