Spooler error
I've been working on a friends computer, the power supply in the tower failed. I went and took the original harddrive out and placed it in a new tower. Now when he tries to use the dell 922 printer he gets an "operation print spool service not running". We have uninstalled and reinstalled the printer and still get the same error. Any suggestions

Re: Spooler error
Assuming you're talking about Windows, go to the Computer Management Console by right-clicking My Computer and selecting Manage, then go to Services in the left pane. A list of services will appear in the right side. Double-click on "Print Spooler" and make sure it's running and set to Automatic.

Re: Spooler error
Hello and Welcome to TSF,
In services, go and stop the service, then renable it, "started" check in the task manager, is it running here now? spoolsv.exe? start search type: spoolsv.exe What comes up when you search for it?
