my printer doesnt print all colors
my printer is only prining in pink and purple. it is an hp deskjet D4160. My printer is printing in gradiating shades of purple to pink and back to purple as you read down the page. Ive replaced the black cartridge and cleaned both with alcohol and by using the cleaning process on the printer. only pink and black bars are showing on the test sheet.
