Lexmark Z12 Printer
I am using a Lexmark Z12 printer with my system which runs under Vista OS. When I choose to print a document using the best quality print mode it prints me a blank page. Might this be due to Vista not supporting this print mode quality or some other problem? I replaced the cartridge with a new one today and aligned the heads and the usual and I still can't get it to print in best quality mode. Thank You.

Hello and Welcome to TSF,
maybe a bad install here. 1. Turn off printer 2. Unplug the cables from the printer, except for power plug 3. uninstall driver and software from add/remove in control panel 4. check in device manager for printer, if listed uninstall here too. 5. reboot pc 6. turn on printer 7. install driver and software for printer 8. when it ask to connect the usb cable, connect it 9. after install complete, reboot pc 10. run the updater for the printer to see if it needs any updates
