HP C4280 will not scan to file
The printer scans correctly but at the end says that the scans could not be saved. When I go to SETTINGS - Pictures the "Scan to" field is blank. The browse button will not work and I cannot enter anything into the field.
I have run CCleaner and read all HP forums but quite useless. Does anybody have any ideas? I have an absolute hatred of HP software - it is intrusive and time consuming but there must be something wrong. It takes hours to remove and re-install and anyway why did it happen in the first place?. |
