Lexmark X1180 Prints Blank Pages
Lexmark X1180 worked fine with XP, Recently installed Vista and the Lexmark drivers for Vista on the Lexmark Website.
Now the printer prints nothing but blank pages. The cartridges are not blocked or empty because they produce ink when wiped across a blank piece of paper. They are correctly installed also. When I was installing the printer and was asked to choose which image was the best out of the options available (Series Installation, Part 2) The Images produced by the printer were faded with areas missing How can I make my printer work ??!? |

Re: Lexmark X1180 Prints Blank Pages
Hello and Welcome to TSF,
Looks like you might of gotten a bad install. Go here and download driver: http://downloads.lexmark.com/perl/do.../downloads.cgi Note: Disconnect USB cord from printer, you can leave it plugged in. 1. Uninstall printer driver and software through add/remove 2. reboot pc 3. Install driver that you downloaded, connect USB cord when asked to during the installation. 4. After installation complete 5. reboot pc 6. after reboot, go to windows update and see if theres any updates there for the printer.
