Epson DX7450
My problem is that I can scan photos and print them but it won't scan to the computer. I get the message."An unspecified error occured while your pictures were being copied. (OX80210001)". Also when I print something a message comes up saying the document failed to print but yet it does print perfectly. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled without any success. Can anyone help please.

Re: Epson DX7450
One thing I do in order to know if its a scanner software issue or a scanner driver issue is
(assuming that you are using the Windows OS) Go to Start - Control Panel - Scanners Double click on it and test scan, if the scan succeeds there is a very high chance that it is actually a problem with the scanner software, look on epsons website for any firmware updates / patches for the software. If you are scanning from a device button (directly on the hardware, not from the windows) make sure that you have a firewall port exception for the device or else the OS might reject the request since its an inbound transmission. Hope this helps a bit.
