Probleme with Network Scangear installation
Hello everybody,
I've got a strange problem with network scangear 2.2 application. I use this software with our ir2800 printer and microsoft document scanning. Most of times there are no problem with the installation but with the last 3 installation I meet an strange phenomenon. The installation is ok, when Connexion with the scanner is ok But the only thing i have when I use Ms document imaging is a blank list... Does anyone knnows what to do ? Xcuse my english, unfortunaltely i'm french ;-) Best regards Chris |

Bonjour,
j'utilise régulièrement le logiciel Network scangear 2.x sur les ordinateur de notre parc Informatique pour utiliser la fonction scanner des copieur Canon. Jusqu'à il y a quelques temps tout fonctionnait très bien mais sur les 3 derniers postes que j'ai installé voilà ce qui ce passe : - l'installation de Network Scangear s'effectue sans problème - le logiciel trouve le scanner et le test de connexion est OK En revanche lorsque je lance l'application Microsoft Document Scanning, la liste des scanner est vide... Pouvez-vous m'aider SVP ? Tous les postes concernés sont en Windows XP PRO SP3 Merci d'avance |

Go here and redownload the installation package: http://www.usa.canon.com/consumer/co...upportIndexAct Enter the correct model number. Note: Im assuming its cannon, if not please post back with the name then. You have a bad installation package.
